Common opening rope lengths include 2975mm, 3150mm, 3500mm, etc., and the diameter is approximately 3mm. The specific parameters need to be determined according to factors such as the elevator brand, model, and door opening width.

Maintenance Methods

• Regularly clean the oil stains and impurities on the surface of the steel wire rope to keep it clean, and use special lubricants for lubrication to reduce wear and corrosion.
• Check the tension of the steel wire rope to ensure it is in an appropriate tensioned state, and inspect whether the connectors are fastened. If severe wear or the scrapping standard is reached, replace it in a timely manner.

Installation Key Points

• During installation, first determine the length of the steel wire rope. It can be obtained by measuring the length from the car rope cone outlet to the counterweight rope cone outlet and combining it with formula calculations.
• Unfold the steel wire rope in a clean and spacious place, bind it as required, and then cut it off. Before hanging the rope, let the steel wire rope hang freely in the hoistway to eliminate internal stress. After hanging, adjust the tension of the steel wire rope to ensure that the tension of each rope is consistent.
